Of course, the cost also plays a role that should not be underestimated. Thanks to smart investments, we have recently been able to add a seventh differentiating factor to this process: quantity.
Box factory
In the hectic world of large companies with large volumes, we increasingly see that small, specialized companies can and want to distinguish themselves with remarkable products. An important factor in the success is the appropriate packaging. Theo Ottenheijm Verpakkingen has therefore set up a complete box factory for small and medium-sized quantities cardboard packaging series.
Our development department in Rosmalen has been working with specialized CAD systems for years. We also have our own modelmaking facility. Production takes place at various permanent partners in the Netherlands and abroad.
Since last year we have our own
production facility, with specialized machines for short and medium runs. When investing, we opted for machines with high flexibility and accuracy. This enables us to make packaging with unprecedented precision, special materials and unique printing.
Assembly, finishing and fulfillment
Because we have all the expertise in-house, our customers can also come to us for assembly, finishing or fulfillment. This means, for example, that we can set up packaging, assemble an interior and, while we are at it, pack the product just as easily for you.
