One of the advantages is the distance between our companies; We are located in Retie, a stone’s throw from Bladel. It makes it easy to visit each other’s offices every now and then, which is good for mutual contacts. We believe in the principle that you should know your customers and suppliers. We regularly collect our orders ourselves, which improves the speed of delivery and our customers benefit from this.
The main reason for working with Fris Karton at the time was the fast delivery times and that is still one of the company’s many advantages. This is where they still distinguish themselves from their competitors. Our customers are extremely happy with this, although I must say that the market is becoming increasingly impatient. It’s just like sending an email: everyone wants a response within the hour. Delivery times have become increasingly shorter over the years; We must ensure that customers do not expect that delivery will only be a matter of hours.
BOVO Packaging sells customized packaging materials; we do not produce them ourselves. Fris Karton does that for us. We mainly sell custom made boxes; packaging that is exactly large enough to accommodate the products that our customers sell. Air transport is expensive and therefore boxes must be custom made. Fris Karton can in principle make all the cardboard packaging that we ask them to do. We are happy with the open communication, experience the service as exceptional and the prices are competitive. All in all, reason enough to continue the collaboration in the coming years.”
