Bresc Werkendam

Bresc is a specialist in refrigerated fresh foods aimed at the culinary professional in Europe and was spread over four locations. To enable further growth and to work more efficiently logistically, Bresc needed one central location for all business activities. Because of the employees, they wanted to stay in the current region. In addition, the new location had to match the gastronomic image of the company. Bresc chose us for the development and realization of its new company building because of our experience in the food industry and the good references that were visited together.
The new company building covers a total of 5,700 sqm. By providing insight into options and consequences, we relieved Bresc of their worries and allowed them to make well-considered choices. For example, square meters are saved by realizing office space above the production area. Specialized installers were used in a construction team, because the installations are the most complex and expensive part of buildings in the food industry. We gave Bresc clarity in advance about the total investment because all choices and activities were recorded in the engineering process with the entire construction team.
