Versor Vario Cor

Machines series VARIO COR, depending on the configuration, are designed for:
– production of flat paper/solid board envelopes and Z-fold envelopes from previously prepared blanks as a folding gluing machine. Application of double-sided tapes, including TEAR TAPE and application of PSA glue with silicone protective paper forming e-commerce packaging in one production process.
– refining paper envelopes previously produced on forming and gluing machines with a flat and block bottom, including Z-fold edge. Production process of e-commerce envelops includes stages such as:
– creasing
– perforating
– application of double-sided tapes
– application of TEAR TAPES
– applying of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive – PSA
– application of silicon protective tape over PSA paths
